Like most people, I have been through a lot in my life. I\u2019ve felt lost, confused and no understanding of what my purpose is. To be honest, I\u2019m still, in a lot of ways, trying to find myself. In 2023, everything imploded both in my personal and professional life. This series of unfortunate events is what I have dubbed my dumpster fire. I was shaken to my core. I started therapy and began my healing journey. Maybe at some point I\u2019ll create a timeline of the events that transpired and how they affected me. But that\u2019s a decision for a later time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through therapy, and talking with a dear friend from a former job, I started to dive into the world at spirituality. At first, this began with crystals. I had always felt a draw to crystals, keeping safe my rock (and crystal) collection from my childhood. In August of 2023 I was fortunate enough to take a trip to Bali. Here I was able to have a reiki session and go through a spiritual cleansing. My trip to Bali deeply affected me. I began doing the things the reiki healer said I should do, and I began delving into the world of crystals, tarot, shamanism and psychic abilities. I will admit, due to more unfortunate circumstance, I paused my spirituality journey. I was getting sucked into my depression. However, I have now began to end my depression spiral and focus on my healing and spirituality journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
